Keri and Valencia has been extremely helpful and professional.

We were new to the area and needed storage. We called around to several places but decided on Southern Storage because of the helpfulness and friendliness of Keri and Valencia. We go to our storage often and we feel very safe at the facility. It is always neat and clean. Our rent was just raised on our unit but we decide to stay because of Keri and Valencia, they are always so friendly and helpful. We would highly recommend this location to whom ever is in need of a really clean and safe storage facility.

I found the Staff both helpful and ready to to assist, Mercedes was the agent who was my first contact and also the one who set me up with a storage unit. while at this store I felt welcome like I was visiting with some friends thank you for that. the three units I toured before making my selection where all found to be clean .

I love that the unites are gated which requires a personal code to enter. They have several ways that you can pay your rent which is very convenient. I would recommend.

Very low prices, probably the lowest in all Valdosta. Very helpful, everyone is courteous too. Sometimes when the price is low the standards are too. This is not the case. Everything is professional and the staff treats you well. Good old fashioned southern hospitality is alive and well here. Facilities are top notch

We have been with Southern Self Storage and its predecessor for about 16 years. This has always been a good facility however since becoming Southern Self Storage it has become a great facility. It is always clean, the grounds are well landscaped and manicured and the office personnel are very knowledgeable and efficient. Wow! Our experience with Jo at Perimeter Self Storage was G-R-E-A-T! Due to a series of foreseen events, we were in a real bind for a storage room at the absolute last minute. Due to Jo's excellent customer service, we were able to work things out to get our things stored. The facility is convenient and secure. We recommend.
